Order Cancellation:

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once an order is shipped or marked as in transit, it cannot be cancelled.

Refund Policy:

If an order is cancelled before shipping, a full refund will be issued.

However, if the product has already been shipped or is in transit, no refund will be processed, even if you choose to cancel the order.

Exceptions:

Refunds for damaged or defective items will be handled as per our return policy. Please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery in such cases.
